I ran around to a few areas to get some photos and videos of places covered in snow. One of my favorite areas is the Yanaka area around Nippori which has a number of temples, old buildings, cemeteries, and a golden buddha. |

On December 14, 1702 47 masterless samurai (ronin) attacked and killed their late master's enemy and presented his head to their master's grave. At Sengakuji Temple in the Shinagawa area of Tokyo they hold a festival to remember the 47 Ronin who are interred there along with their lord. |
